Preparations for War
The Notum Wars updates are clear: Omni is losing slowly against the Clans. And as a result, the xp bonus of all Omni is diminishing while those of Clanners continue to rise.
This is true for all Omnis, whether or not you are a member of an organization. And it was merely months ago when the xp bonus of Omnis went as low as 4% due to the number of battles the omni guilds were losing.
At present it is a grim fact that more land on Rubi-Ka is controlled by clanners.
To help turn the tide of war, our organization must now join the effort. For any true Omni guild, war is inevitable.
Therefore, this call to arms has been issued.
Juppongatana's effort shall be three-fold:
1. We must strengthen the ranks of Omni warriors by increasing our own guild numbers and recruiting Omnis who are as yet guild-less. We shall make our own army;
2. To build towers, we must gather what tower components we find and identify land that is uncontrolled where our towers shall rise;
3. And lastly, we shall develop Juppongatana samurai to attack clan towers and defend our own.
...War is upon us.
